Standard delivery is available for all UK mainland orders, with the option for express delivery at an additional cost. Orders outside mainland areas are subject to a surcharge.

Worldwide standard and express delivery options are offered, with international delivery prices based on the total weight and delivery location. The final postage cost can be obtained during checkout.

We utilize various couriers for both UK and worldwide orders, ensuring all shipments are tracked. Standard Delivery aims are as follows: 1-3 working days for UK orders, 5-7 working days for European orders, and 7-10 working days for worldwide orders. All orders are dispatched within 48 hours of clearance.

For international orders, note that customs and import charges may apply, this is determined by the destination country and policies vary. We recommend checking with your local customs office for charges before placing an order.

We stand by our products with a 30-day money-back guarantee (excluding Custom/Bespoke Orders). To qualify, ensure the item is in its original, unused condition with packaging.

For faulty products upon receipt, notify us within 14 days via the messaging system. We'll issue a Returns Authorization Number (RMA). Upon confirming the fault, we'll process a refund/exchange. Refunds are credited to the original payment method and may take 3-5 working. Your satisfaction is our commitment.
